Michael Riley Galitzen, also called Mickey Riley, or Mickey Reilly, (born Sept. 6, 1909—died June 9, 1959, Hollywood, Calif., U.S.), American diver who won four Olympic medals.

Galitzen captured a springboard silver and a platform bronze at the 1928 Olympics in Amsterdam. At the 1932 Games in Los Angeles, he won a gold in the springboard and a silver in the platform event. Galitzen also earned numerous U.S. national titles: outdoor platform and 3-metre springboard (1928, 1929), indoor 1-metre springboard (1929, 1931, 1932), indoor 3-metre (1929–31), and 3-metre springboard (1931, 1932), the last while a student at the University of Southern California.

Shortly after the 1932 Los Angeles Games, he married the American diver Georgia Coleman, who won a silver and a bronze in the 1928 Games and a gold and a silver in the 1932 Games.
